Welcome to Life Between Lives Hypnosis LLC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Life Between Lives Hypnosis LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
NATURE OF SERVICES
THESE SERVICES DO NOT ASSESS, DIAGNOSE, OR TREAT ANY MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDER AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL OR MEDICAL TREATMENT.
FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE SERVICES, VONDA (“VONDIE”) LOZANO IS NOT ACTING AS A MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST OR LICENSED CLINICIAN.
Although we hope and plan for a meaningful session, no warranty is given, expressed or implied, as to the specific outcome of any session, group, workshop, or retreat.
Additional terms, disclosures, and a waiver and release apply to all services. These are provided on the intake forms, which must be completed and returned at least 72 hours prior to your first session, group, or workshop, and at least one week before a retreat. Purchasing a service through this website does not waive those requirements.
PAYMENTS AND PRICING
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards through our website. Some services are purchased through a secure payment link hosted by Stripe. In either case, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., not by us.
Card information
We do not collect, process, or store your full credit or debit card number, security code, or expiration date. That information is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe’s security standards and privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, such as the last four digits of the card.
Stripe payment links
Where a service is purchased through a Stripe payment link, you will leave our website and complete your purchase on a page hosted by Stripe. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy govern that page. These Terms of Use, and our refund and rescheduling policy below, continue to apply to the service you are purchasing.
Pricing and currency
All prices are stated and charged in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but a change in price will not affect a service you have already paid for. If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
Authorization
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method presented and that the billing information you provide is accurate. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the full amount of the purchase to that payment method.
Installment payments
Where an installment payment plan is offered, all payments must be completed at least 72 hours prior to your first scheduled session. If payments are not completed according to your chosen plan, your session or event will be cancelled. It may be rescheduled once your payment method is updated, subject to an additional $25 administrative fee.
Receipts and statement descriptor
A receipt is sent by email at the time of purchase. Charges appear on your statement under our business name. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer — we can almost always resolve it faster.
REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE PURCHASING.
Sessions, groups, and workshops
Session, group, and workshop payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 72 hours advance notice, as scheduling permits. Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
If you are running late for an individual session, please let us know. If you are more than 30 minutes late, there may not be enough time to complete your session, and you may need to purchase a new one.
Retreats
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Initial retreat payments are refunded as follows:
- 100% refund for cancellation 60 or more days before the retreat start date
- 50% refund for cancellation 30–59 days before the retreat start date
- 0% refund for cancellation 0–29 days before the retreat start date
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. If paid in full at booking, the remaining balance is fully refundable up to 30 days before the start date. If you cancel 0–29 days before the start date, the remaining balance is not refundable.
A minimum of six guests is required for a retreat to proceed. If fewer than six guests are booked, the retreat will be cancelled and all payments refunded in full, or credited toward a future retreat at your election.
Cancellation by us
Due to extenuating circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session or event. We will provide as much notice as possible. We are not liable for any financial or other consequences of such a cancellation. You may elect to receive either a credit toward a future session or event, or a refund.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be made in writing to the email address listed in the Contact section below. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us does not extend or change the refund terms above, which you accept at the time of purchase.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and designs, is the proprietary property of Life Between Lives Hypnosis LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from this website without our prior written permission.
Any audio or video recording of a session is for your personal use only and may not be copied, published, distributed, or disseminated in any manner.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers connected to the website
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false, inaccurate, or fraudulent payment information
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The content will be accurate, complete, or current
- Any defects will be corrected
- The website will be free from viruses or other harmful components
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE BETWEEN LIVES HYPNOSIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Its handling of your payment and personal information is governed by Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy, available at stripe.com/legal. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Stripe, including any interruption, error, or delay in payment processing.
Our website may also contain links to other third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, and are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of them.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The refund and cancellation terms in effect at the time of your purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
